Great Oaks Retirement Village - 2024

Possibly the most prestigious Retirement Village in the country.  ARG Design completed the Urban Design and Architecture over a period of 8 years to assist the client, through the Covid period, to realise this ambitious development in the heart of Constanta next to the Schoenstatt Estate.  The village consists of 53 Cottages and 30 apartments, a sophisticated lounge and dining area, Spa and treatment suite, and a 16 bed Dementia Centre and 4 bed Frail care facility.
