Somerset Precinct - 2007 to 2018

Client: City of Cape Town

Possibly the most valuable state owned 10 hectares on the African continent.  This precinct was rezoned by ARG Design with 270,000m2 GLA development rights, together with over 1000 social housing units, office and retail spaces, while preserving the important heritage resources on the site.
