This ambitious development that ARG Design has been supporting for the past 14 years is now more desperately needed to assist Cape Town to accommodate over 400,000 households who are in need of decent housing.  Milkweed will not be another “township” development but an inclusive place in which all income groups will live, work, play and learn.  There will be at a least 200,000 permanent jobs created to match the proposed 200,000 new homes.
